Sri Lanka elections to go ahead after 2 postponements

Sri Lankans are choosing a new parliament. The election has been postponed twice already this year because of the coronavirus. Special restrictions are in place to minimize spreading the disease. President Gotabaya Rajapaksa says the new parliament will convene on August 20.
