During the construction of the Port City Colombo project, China Harbour built NIIBS, the Nāgānanda International Institute for Buddhist Studies for local children. Bodagama Chandima, vice-chancellor of NIIBS, has translated traditional Chinese classic Di Zi Gui (Standards for Being a Good Pupil and Child) into Sinhalese for their students and won their favor.
