A photographer captured video footage of around a dozen Siberian ibexes in the Altai Mountains at Fuyun County in Altay Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous. The Siberian ibex, also known as the Altai ibex, is under first-class state protection in China.
