Music lovers in Thailand's capital Bangkok were treated to a first-of-its-kind experience with a tuk tuk drive-in concert on August 8. It was the first major music festival since the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted. In order to comply with strict social distancing regulations, concert-goers were picked up by a tuk tuk and stayed in the three-wheeled taxis for the duration of the concert. Tuk tuks have become symbolic of Bangkok for many tourists. The festival gave the colorful rickshaws a chance to act as concert seats.
