Bernard Chan, a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), said in an interview with CGTN reporter Zhu Dan that there's always a small group of people holding negative attitudes toward the Chinese mainland. But he thinks most HK people welcome the support of the central government to enhance the SAR's testing capability in the fight against COVID-19.
