Hong Kong media tycoon and owner of Apple Daily newspaper, Jimmy Lai Chee-ying, has been released on bail. Lai and nine others were arrested on Monday, suspected of breaching the National Security legislation for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). CGTN interviewed Leung Chun-ying, former chief executive of the HKSAR, for his take on the arrests.
