Beijing's Xinfadi wholesale market to reopen on Saturday without retail function
Beijing's Xinfadi wholesale market will reopen Saturday, local authorities said at a press briefing on Thursday.
The market will completely cancel the retail function, no longer open to individual consumers, said an official.
Xinfadi, the largest wholesale market with fruit, vegetable, and meat supplies in Beijing, was suspended on June 13 after personnel working there, and the surroundings had tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
