India has seen another record daily rise in coronavirus infections. Its health ministry reported nearly 67,000 new cases on Thursday.

South Korea has also reported its greatest number of locally transmitted cases since the end of March. The country registered over 100 new cases over the past day, 85 of which are local transmissions.
