Rare Arcus cloud scenery appears in NE China

A cloud dome provided an amazing scene when it appeared above the Xingkai Lake in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province at about 4 p.m. on Tuesday. A huge dark cloud, called an Arcus cloud, seemingly touched the surface of the lake.
