Impatient frog gets ready to see the world

Updated 2020.08.18 16:26 GMT+8

Impatient to explore the wild, a tree frog has left the water even before its tail goes away. The tiny amphibians hatch in water, where they live for a time as tadpoles. According to Chinese researcher Gu Zhirong, the common tree frog does not usually leave before its tail goes away. In China, the tree frog can grow up to 5 centimeters in length and is commonly seen in the dense forest of Zhangjiajie in central China's Hunan Province.
