The Baima Snow Mountain Nature Reserve is located in the northwest of Deqen Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province.

In summer, the snow on the highway to Baima Snow Mountain melts and streams along the route gurgle loudly, announcing the beginning of the best season to visit the region.
