Jianchuan Wetland in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Yunnan Province, is one of the important plateau wetlands in the province. It is located on the migration channel of migratory birds, serving as a gathering point and resting place for migratory birds and a wintering habitat for migratory waterfowl. Moreover, it houses a freshwater lake rich in biodiversity.
