Shoton Festival is one of the biggest annual religious festivals in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. Among a series of events, shining the Buddha Thangka in the mountain for people to pray is the most crucial. CGTN's Li Jingjing joined the lamas and locals to experience the festival.
