Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Friday stressed China's strong relationship with Pakistan, as the two sides met in southern China's Hainan Province. Wang said both sides will push to complete the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor on schedule. He believes the project will help create more jobs and improve people's livelihood. On the pandemic, Wang said China is ready to share its experience, provide supplies, and choose Pakistan as a partner for vaccine research. Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan supports all of China's core interests and major concerns.
