The family attorney for Jacob Blake, a black man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, said his client is paralyzed and it would "take a miracle" for him to walk again. Although Blake's mother called for peace, violent protests continued in Kenosha as protesters jumped on cars and pulled down streetlights.
