Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is in Norway to discuss the coronavirus pandemic, the UN Security Council's agenda, and a free trade agreement. It's the third stop on his five-country Europe tour. It's also his first overseas trip since the start of the pandemic. Wang Yi has already stopped in Italy and the Netherlands, and will head to France next, before wrapping up his tour in Germany.
