For about two years and almost every day, Jiang Liyi and his team have been monitoring the finless porpoises in Poyang Lake at a distance in eaast China's Jiangxi Province. Although they rarely get a chance to get in close contact with these creatures, they are confidant that this endangered species will recover and have a numerous population, as long as their habitat is not endangered.
