China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) launched the Cloud Open Day project in Beijing on August 27, 2020, themed "Witness Happiness." The project features more than 40 activities across 29 cities in 14 countries over the course of three months.

As the first overseas event, CSCEC will hold a Cloud Open Day themed "New Era, New Egypt" on September 3. 

The event will present the Central Business District (CBD) in the new administrative capital of Egypt built by CSCEC. Its iconic tower will exceed 385 meters and become the tallest building in Egypt and Africa. During the event, the CSCEC host will walk through the CBD to show special technology used in the construction and how Chinese employees cooperate with their Egyptian colleagues to fight the coronavirus.
