Chinese Foreign Minister and State Councilor Wang Yi delivers a speech on strategic dialogue at a French Institute for International Relations conference in Paris. France is the fourth stop of Wang's ongoing European tour. So far he has visited Italy, the Netherlands and Norway, and he will conclude the trip in Germany.
