Jiangsu Suning beat Henan Jianye 5-2 to score their first win in four games. Jiangsu's Ivan Santini materialized a hat trick by scoring three goals in the 9th, 16th and 66th minute. Eder got the other two goals for the team.
The two teams had five goals in the first half and Henan once tied the game 2-2 thanks to Henrique Dourado and Ni Yusong. However, as Ni was ejected by the referee in the 53rd minute, Henan ceased to be able to contend with the opponents, not to mention that their goalkeeper Wu Yan made a horrible mistake to cost Henan this game.
In the 67th minute, Wu received the ball from his teammate. Instead of holding the ball in his arms or clearing it out, Wu somehow stood there without even protecting the ball. Santini quickly cut his ball and scored his third goal via a free shot, extending Suning's lead to 4-2.
