China and France have agreed to closer ties. The two countries signed a new agriculture agreement Saturday when Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with his French counterpart in Paris. It's the latest stop on Wang Yi's five-country tour of Europe as Beijing works to bolster ties, rebuild the global economy, and fight the coronavirus pandemic.
