Global COVID-19 cases exceeded 25 million on Sunday, with more than 842,000 fatalities, according to the latest tally from Johns Hopkins University.

The United States is the hardest-hit country in the world, with more than 5.9 million cases recorded nationwide and over 182,000 deaths.
