Two people have been rescued and 12 others remain missing after a fishing boat capsized after colliding with another boat in waters near Pingtan Island of southeast China's Fujian Province, in the Taiwan Strait, early Sunday, according to rescuers at the scene.
Search and rescue operations are underway.
