Hong Kong reports 9 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported nine new COVID-19 cases on Monday, including seven local transmissions, according to the region's Center for Health Protection.

The city's daily case number dropped back to single-digit for the first time since August 24.

The death toll stands at 89.
