Hong Kong reports 12 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported 12 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, including nine local transmissions and three from overseas, according to the region's Center for Health Protection.

One more patient died in the past 24 hours, raising the city's death toll to 90.
