Life in China is slowly returning to normal as the country recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic-related lockdowns. Many provinces have been COVID-free for months. In north China's Shanxi Province, capital city Taiyuan welcomed students back to school as the new term began on Tuesday. CGTN's Hu Chao filed this report.
