Editor's note: Newspaper headlines are meant to trigger reactions from the reader. Some inspire curiosity, others evoke emotion and some may be deemed humorous, conjuring up comical images in our minds that allow our imagination to run wild. Thought Bubble, CGTN Opinions' new cartoon series, seeks to capture just these types of images. The series see readers responding to what they consider to be the funny side of headlines. Call it creative interpretation. In our first episode, we focus on China's high-tech industry – its driverless cars, high-speed railway and advanced communications satellites.
