Hong Kong reports 21 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported 21 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, including 15 locally transmitted infections, according to the region's Center for Health Protection on Sunday.

As of Sunday about 1,085,000 residents have signed up for the free mass testing in the region, said a local official.
