COVID-19 vaccine developed by China gets approval for clinical trials overseas

Russia and Pakistan have approved phase-III clinical trial for a COVID-19 vaccine developed by China, media reported citing health authorities.

The vaccine is a recombinant adenovirus vaccine named Ad5-nCoV co-developed by Chinese biopharmaceutical firm CanSino Biologics Inc and a team led by Chinese military infectious disease expert Chen Wei.
