Hong Kong reports 11 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported 11 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, including 10 locally transmitted infections, according to its Center for Health Protection on Monday.

As of Monday noon, about 1,160,000 residents have signed up for the free mass testing in the region, said a local official.
