Kanas Lake is located in the north of Burqin County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang, with an altitude of 1,374 meters and an area of 45.73 square kilometers. There are beautiful lakes and mountains, known as "fairyland on earth, god's garden." Kanas Lake Viewing platform is built on the top of Haraket Mountain at an altitude of 2,030 meters, with a vertical drop of more than 600 meters from the lake.
