A commendation and awards ceremony to honor outstanding contributions to the fight against COVID-19 was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Tuesday. Chinese President Xi Jinping spoke highly of the Chinese people's fight against the coronavirus pandemic. "Chinese people united as one," Xi said.
