Wednesday marks the 72nd anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Chinese President Xi Jinping has congratulated the country's top leader Kim Jong Un. The DPRK has been trying to recover from damage after three typhoons in the past month. CGTN's Jack Barton has more.
