The 2020 school year has been unlike any other due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Local and international students are having trouble furthering their studies, undertaking social activities, finding internships or hunting for jobs. The situation has sparked a discussion on the future of these young students while schools are making efforts to cope with the downfall from the pandemic.

In this episode of "The Chat Room," we invite several students from France, Niger, Australia, Singapore and China as well as a teacher from Tsinghua University to share their stories about studying amid the coronavirus pandemic and adapting to the new semester.
