By the end of January, hospitals in Wuhan were flooded with patients. For doctors and nurses, day and night blurred together, and their workload became endless. With an ever-growing number of patients and a scarce supply of medical supplies, these frontline workers faced some of the most difficult challenges in the fight against COVID-19.
