Hong Kong reports 19 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region reported 19 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, including 11 local transmissions and eight from overseas, according to its Center for Health Protection.

Mass testing of over 16,70,000 residents was done in the region as of Sunday morning, and 23 of them were tested positive for COVID-19.
