A new report by the Meituan Research Institute and the China Hospitality Association says home deliveries now account for about 20 percent of China's catering industry. So, how can delivery firms balance efficiency and safety issues for workers? Associate Professor Yin Zhenda from the Peking University HSBC Business School says it is complicated, but it still has measures to solve.
