Yoshihide Suga, the newly elected leader of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), holds a press conference in Tokyo after a leadership vote was held earlier in the day to replace Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who is stepping down due to health issue. The winner of the LDP race is almost certain to be elected prime minister because of the party's majority in the lower house.
