A fire erupted in a landmark building in the central commercial district of the Lebanese capital Beirut on Tuesday, local media reported.
The fire has been extinguished, Reuters reported citing civil defense official George Abou Moussa.
Broadcaster al-Jadeed said the building was designed by the late British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid.
