A deal to normalize Israel's ties with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain will be officially signed at the White House on Tuesday. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he has no intention to talk with Palestine. The Palestinian government has called for demonstrations against the deal.
