Chinese President Xi Jinping, also the general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, inspected central China's Hunan Province on September 16. During the inspection tour, he visited Diyipian Primary School in Wenming Yao Autonomous Township of Rucheng County. Xi encouraged the pupils to study hard, thrive and become the "forest of talent" of the Chinese nation.
