01:06

Hundreds gathered on the steps of the Supreme Court after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Well-wishers left flowers and signs and broke into applause and songs. The flag outside the Supreme Court was lowered to half-staff. Affectionately known as the Notorious RBG, Ginsburg died on September 18, aged 87. She was nominated to the Supreme Court by former President Bill Clinton in 1997. Clinton described her as a "magnificent judge and a wonderful person." Ginsburg is also remembered as a champion for women.
