Chinese President Xi Jinping has encouraged public advice on the country's next five-year development plan. At a meeting in central China's Hunan Province, Xi said more should be done to improve weak links in people's livelihoods. Ten grassroots representatives, including a deliveryman and a migrant worker, offered their suggestions on rural education, poverty alleviation and the development of small and micro businesses.
