Situated over the Ili River in Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Cocodala Bridge is 2,527 meters long. It was completed and opened for traffic on October 31, 2019. It has taken the locals out of a traffic predicament – there had been no direct access between the two river banks for years. It provides convenient transportation, which is conducive to local development.
