Live: Honorable return – remains of 117 Chinese volunteer soldiers come home

The remains of 117 Chinese volunteer soldiers who served in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea 70 years ago return to China from the Republic of Korea (ROK). It will be the seventh repatriation of this kind following a handover agreement signed by the two countries. The remains of 599 soldiers were sent to China from the ROK between 2014 and 2019. After landing, the coffins will be covered with the Chinese national flag and transferred to the martyrs' cemetery in Shenyang for burial.
