Meng Wanzhou, chief financial officer of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., went back to the Supreme Court of British Columbia (BCSC) in Canada on Monday to argue that the United Stated misled Canada to extradite her. Defense lawyer Scott Fenton told the judge the U.S. cherry-picked information in collecting evidence, and the underlying record of the case was filled with omissions and misstatements.

The hearing will last for five days and a verdict will be announced within six to eight weeks.
