In an exclusive interview with CGTN, renowned cartoonist Tsai Chih-chung said the power of a cartoon is infinite but a successful cartoonist must know what he tells. He also told CGTN that it's very difficult to be a cartoonist as only one out of 10,000 can make a living. "So to be a cartoonist, one has to be fascinated, so fascinated that he would rather die if he could not draw."
