Yantian People's Procuratorate in south China's Shenzhen City said in a statement on Wednesday that it has approved the arrest of 10 residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on charges of illegal border crossing and another two for organizing the same.

The case is under further investigation.
