Latest virus test results from senior U.S. officials

A number of senior U.S. officials and people around President Donald Trump have announced their new coronavirus test results. Here's a developing list:

Ivanka Trump: daughter of the president, negative.

"Praying for the swift recovery of my father and Melania and for all those impacted by COVID-19," she tweeted Friday morning.

Jared Kushner: husband of Ivanka Trump, negative.

Barron Trump: 14 years old, son of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, negative.

Alex Azar: U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary, negative.

Earlier, U.S. VP Mike Pence and Wife, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and wife, as well as Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin were all tested negative for the virus.

However, Ronna McDaniel, chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, has tested positive for the virus.

How's Trump's condition now?

In Trump's latest tweet, he didn't reveal how he's feeling or if he and the first lady are experiencing any symptoms.

But he's reportedly experiencing "mild symptoms" of COVID-19, a White House official was quoted by the Associated Press and The New York Times (NYT) as saying.

Two people familiar with his condition told NYT they were cold-like symptoms.

The White House is now trying to assure people of the president's condition. "The president is not incapacitated. He is actually working from the residence," a senior White House official said, according to Reuters.
