Hong Kong reports 4 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) reported four new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, according to its Centre for Health Protection. 

Three of the four new cases were from overseas, the authorities said, and the source of the other infection is currently unclear.

The city has so far reported a total of 5,108 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 105 deaths.
